A Few Words From Our Founder
Through a full career in the upper echelons of corporate leadership, I saw that the most effective leaders weren't the ones with the loudest voices. They were the ones with the deepest foundations. Throughout my years managing global teams and high-stakes transitions, I saw firsthand that the most enduring success comes from three simple, human traits: humility, trust, and passion.
My degrees in psychology (BA), spiritual nurturance (MDiv), and business (MBA) served me well in my positions as Vice President at Chase and at GE Capital and Chief Risk Officer at Bankwest for the Commonwealth Bank of Australia.
Having retired from Corporate Executive life, I now focus my own passion on the development of leaders who are unshakeable, expansive, and grounded. I serve these leaders and their organizations through executive coaching and leadership consulting.
Why "Grounded" Leadership?
In today’s complex, fast-paced world, it’s easy to feel unmoored. Leaders are often expected to be everywhere at once, solving every problem in real-time.
Grounding provides stability and direction through the storms. It is the anchor that secures. It is the radar, weather, GPS, and mapping systems to navigate.
Grounded leaders are sustainably effective. Anchored in purpose, vision, values, and connection, they have the courage to dream bigger. They don’t rely only on their own creativity and capability to have the impact they dream of. They know they have access to unlimited possibility. They launch boldly into the adventure of their inspired purpose. In tough times, their grounding sustains them. When challenges and opportunities abound, their grounding provides clarity and guides every decision and action.
